Vale Mark Snuggs

05-Feb-2020 It is with sadness that former Waverley DCC player Mark Snuggs passed away today from a short battle with cancer,

Mark debuted for Waverley Cricket Club in the AW Green Shield Under 16 competition of the 1972/73 and made his Grade debut the following year at 17 years old.

Mark played on and off for 9 seasons in lower grades with his last game in the 1982/83 season before he joined the now defunct Sydney Cricket Club. His highest score for Waverley was 124 while he also scored four half centuries and a total of 1457 as well as taking 19 wickets for the club.
